Not my type of cuisine.
I just had to try this.. given I fell in love with their shanghai branch where I had amazing 13 day pigeon. Over here being told its 15 day pigeon but nonetheless its great. Hairy crab was unique and not like any other I had which is why I posted the photo. Its a must have to me. Personally I preferred the shanghai branch where they took effort to explain each individual exquisite dish.
I brought it with my friends. It was a long time ago. Please take a look at the menu photos of the dishes. The place, space, food, and service were all good that night.
The most memorable ones are the golden crispy hairtail and pomfret rice cake.
The ingredients are fresh and the products are of high quality.

Solid food as always, bit pricy but you get what you pay for. Annoying bit is impossible to order the duck (apparently only 4 ducks a day), must order months in advance.
